T-shirts are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a different size if returned in a clearly unworn and unwashed condition. Our standard shipping rates will apply to the replacement item(s).

Shipping to anywhere in the US is by priority mail, which includes tracking and typically arrives in 1–3 business days. Shipping charges are $5.95 for 1–2 shirts, $11.90 for 3–4 shirts, and $12.95 for 5–10 shirts. Please contact us for shipping costs on quantities of more than 10.

International shipping is also by priority mail but does not include tracking once it leaves the US postal system. Ritmo Drums has no control over tracking the package once it leaves the US postal system and will not be held responsible for undelivered items, as long as we can provide proof of shipping on this end. Shipping to most countries takes 6–10 business days. International shipping charges are $26.50 for 1–2 shirts, $47.90 for 3–4 shirts, and $59.95 for 5–10 shirts. Please contact us for shipping costs on quantities of more than 10. We will contact you directly if your international destination requires higher shipping rates than those listed here.
